A few quick answers to common contact and showroom questions.
Do I need to book an appointment?
No appointment is necessary. You are welcome to visit our Blacktown showroom during opening hours. For larger commercial projects or multiple pieces, contacting us beforehand can help us allow enough time.
Should I bring the artwork with me?
Yes, where practical. Seeing the actual piece allows us to recommend frame, matboard and glazing options more accurately.
Can I get a quote without visiting?
Yes. Send us the approximate dimensions, quantity and a description of what you need. Photos can also help us provide an initial estimate.
Do you handle commercial enquiries?
Yes. We work with designers, builders, businesses, hotels, healthcare providers and other commercial clients on framing, artwork, signage and installation projects.
